Privacy Policy Cookie Manager Pro

Cookie Manager Pro ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to view, filter, copy, export, and import cookies for the currently active tab. This Privacy Policy explains what data the Extension accesses and how it is handled.

1. Data We Do NOT Collect

Cookie Manager Pro does not:

• Collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers
• Track browsing history or user behavior
• Send cookie values or any other data to third parties
• Use analytics, advertising SDKs, or remote logging services
• Require user accounts or login of any kind

2. Permissions Used and Why

• cookies — Required to read, write, and delete cookies on the current tab at the user's explicit request. This is the core function of the Extension.
• activeTab / tabs — Used solely to identify the domain of the currently active tab, so the Extension knows which site's cookies to display.
• clipboardWrite — Allows users to copy cookie data to their clipboard when they click the Copy button.
• host_permissions (<all_urls>) — Cookies can belong to any domain. This permission allows the Extension to access cookie data across all domains, but only when the user explicitly opens the Extension popup.

3. Data Storage

All operations performed by Cookie Manager Pro happen entirely on the user's local device. Cookie data is never uploaded, synced, or shared with any external service. The only data stored locally is the user's language preference (VI/EN), saved via localStorage within the Extension's own isolated context.

4. Third-Party Services

The Extension loads Google Fonts (Inter) via a CSS @import for typography only. No user data or cookie values are sent to Google Fonts. This is a standard web font request containing no personally identifiable information.

5. Children's Privacy

Cookie Manager Pro is a developer tool not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
